Scanning

Bed Frame and Mattress Bed with mattress is scanned to verify the correct position (highest height, mattress platform flat, side rails raised). The bed is then identified from the database, allowing the system to automatically select the correct robot program.

Steam Disinfection

Bed Frame Two robots with steam torches disinfect the bed frame on all sides, followed by immediate drying using compressed air.

Mattress The mattress is automatically lifted from the bed, allowing a dedicated mattress steam unit to ensure complete coverage, validated disinfection and immediate drying.

Final Handling

Bed Frame The bed frame is automatically transported to cabin 3, ready for mattress reloading.
