Weber Hospital Systems was founded in 2017 with one goal: reducing healthcare-associated infections through chemical-free disinfection.
Operating from Zwaag, we develop and manufacture innovative washer-disinfectors for hospital beds, mattresses and medical equipment — validated to ISO 15883, zero chemicals. Sustainability and ergonomics are central to every design decision we make.
As part of Weber Machinebouw, all engineering and production is done entirely in-house.
That same background as a custom machine builder also allows us to take on customer-specific hospital automation projects — from concept to production.
We engineer automated steam systems that make hospital cleaning simple, safe, and sustainable.
We are working toward hospitals where cleaning and logistics processes are highly automated, safer for patients and staff, and sustainable by design
Sustainability is easy to claim. It is harder to engineer. Many disinfection systems reduce chemical use at the margins — but still rely on heated water and chemical agents at their core. That is not a sustainable foundation.
We made a different choice from day one. Our machines are built around a single principle: pure steam thermal disinfection using cold water input. No chemicals. Minimal energy.
True sustainability does not start with a label. It starts with a decision made at the drawing board.
Chemical discharge
No chemical agents used in any part of the disinfection process.
Carbon footprint
Vs. chemical-based disinfection systems of comparable capacity (VDS-IPx4).
Water input
Steam generated on-demand — no pre-heated water volumes needed.
